About

The Pots Rodeo is an annual freestyle kayaking event taking place on Flowerpots weir in Exeter. It is a laid back competition run for charity by Exeter University Canoe Club, last year raising £529 for Sport Relief.

When & Where

The proposed date for the next event is November 27th 2010. The Rodeo will take place in the late evening, with the river flood-lit and carry on until last orders at the Mill on the Exe pub, where the prize giving is held, and is followed up by the student after party In Exeter Uni's SU bar.

Who it is for

The Rodeo is open to anyone over the age of 18 with a confident roll and some experience of white water kayaking, as a student run event we particularly encourage other University clubs to get involved.

How to enter

Entries for the November 2010 Rodeo will open nearer the time, please check back.

Parking & Accommodation

Please pick up a free permit at registration to use the Fitness First car park. University clubs please get in touch to organise accommodation in a student house.
